Front of House
Time: 4 Days (rota). Minimum 32 hours per week.
Typical Work Schedule: Mornings from 6am to Afternoon. Weekdays and Weekends. (Bonus if you’re also available for Friday & Saturday evening pizza shifts too!)
Intended Start Date: June
Please note: This is a permanent position and would not be suitable for summer/term time work.
Job Summary
We are looking for a bright, friendly, and passionate Front of House team member to join our bakery. As the face of our business, you’ll create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer sharing our love for delicious high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent friendly service to all customers helping to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Share your knowledge and passion for our products. Offer advice and recommendations where needed.
- Prepare and serve espresso based coffees and other drinks (training provided).
- Handle the till accurately and efficiently including managing queues during busy periods.
- Help set up the bakery each morning and ensure displays are beautifully presented.
- Assisting the team with bakery clean down.
- Support the bakery team by assisting with some food preparation when needed.
- Be a positive and proactive team player, ready to help wherever required in a busy environment.
About You
You have a positive, can-do attitude and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. You take pride in offering outstanding customer service and are enthusiastic about working with a growing local business that shares your love for the community. Big bonus if you would describe yourself as a ‘foodie’.
You’re reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with early starts. You are happy to take on feedback to continually improve and grow in your role.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role as well as barista experience is a bonus but above all you bring warmth, energy, and a willingness to learn.
